Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take? Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes. We offer free standard shipping on every U.S. order, every time — no minimum order required.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use that number on the carrier's website to track your delivery in real time. If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at contact@premiuxvitamins.com.

Do you ship internationally? At this time we ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in the future — stay tuned.

Do you offer expedited shipping? Yes. Expedited shipping (2–3 business days) is available at an additional fee, selectable at checkout.


Products & Quality

Are your products third-party tested? Yes. Every Premiux product is independently tested by a third-party laboratory for purity, potency, and safety before it reaches you. We publish the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch — you can look yours up on our Lab Results page using the lot number printed on your bottle.

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)? A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by an independent laboratory confirming that a product has been tested and meets its label claims for ingredients, potency, and purity. It also tests for heavy metals and contaminants. At Premiux, every batch has a published COA you can access anytime at premiuxvitamins.com/pages/lab-results.

Are your products Halal certified? Yes. All Premiux gummies are Halal certified. Our formulas use pectin-based or Halal-certified bovine gelatin — always clearly disclosed on the label.

Where are your products manufactured? Our products are manufactured in GMP-certified, FDA-registered facilities in the United States. All products are packaged, tested, and quality-controlled in US facilities.

Are your products GMP certified? Yes. All Premiux products are manufactured in facilities that are certified under Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, which are the highest quality standards required by the FDA for dietary supplements.

Do your products contain artificial dyes or colors? No. Premiux products use color from natural sources only. We do not use artificial dyes or synthetic colors in any of our formulas.

Are your products suitable for vegetarians or vegans? Most of our gummies use pectin (plant-based) as the gelling agent. Please check the individual product label or supplement facts panel for full ingredient details, as formulations may vary by product.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your order date at contact@premiuxvitamins.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Do I need to return the product to get a refund? Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to request the return of the product at our discretion. Simply contact us within 60 days and we will work with you to resolve your request promptly.

How long does a refund take to process? Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after your request is approved. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product? If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, email us at contact@premiuxvitamins.com with your order number and a photo within 14 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. This is separate from the 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

Please note our 60-day satisfaction guarantee applies to one order per household.


Cancellations

How do I cancel my order? If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@premiuxvitamins.com. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but you may request a refund under our 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

Do you offer subscriptions? Yes. We offer subscription plans on select products so you never run out of your daily supplements. Subscribers receive a discount on every order. We will send you a reminder email 3 days before your next renewal. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order. Do I need an account to place an order? No. You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage your information.
