At Premiux Nutrition, we want every experience with us to be straightforward and stress-free. This policy explains your options for cancelling an order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@premiuxvitamins.com with your order number and the subject line "Order Cancellation Request."

Before shipment: Orders cancelled before they have been fulfilled and shipped will receive a full refund with no fees or penalties. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

After shipment: Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, it can no longer be cancelled. However, you are fully covered by our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — if you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 60 days of your order date and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to request the return of the product at our discretion.

Subscription Cancellation

Premiux Nutrition offers subscription plans on select products, allowing you to receive your supplements automatically at your chosen frequency at a discounted rate.

To cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Email us at contact@premiuxvitamins.com with your order number and subject line "Subscription Cancellation Request"
  • Use the contact form at premiuxvitamins.com/pages/contact
  • Log into your account and manage your subscription directly from your account dashboard

We will send you a reminder email 3 days before your next renewal. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order. Once a subscription order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled but is covered under our 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
